Case-1: When logging in to the dialer and the page just keep on loading, try to close browser first then relog-in. If the issue still occur, REBOOT PC and Router
Case-2: When logging in to the dialer, the page loads but the no voice prompt after clicking call agent wephone, close browser then relog-in. IF the issue still occur, REBOOT PC and Router.
